As a part of this review, Redwood Landing performs an analysis of all the competing properties, analyzing property amenities, vacancy rates and rental rates. From this analysis, Redwood Landing will make detailed recommendations on how to better position the property in the market, develop a marketing plan that will address on-site leasing, marketing materials, capital improvements, advertising and make recommendations on where to set rents which will yield the highest possible return.

Direct/Outreach Marketing

The company utilizes the Redwood Landing Referral Program and Preferred Employers Program. These programs are designed to offer incentives to external influencers by referring individuals to our Redwood Landing managed communities. Redwood Landing provides marketing and advertisements, etc., which can be custom designed to meet your property’s needs. Redwood Landing utilizes local print and online advertising, in addition to in-house direct marketing, which results in an optimal ratio of cost/new leases. Redwood Landing utilizes these active approaches to increase traffic, and subsequently occupancy rates, and does not employ the “sit, wait and hope” passive method used by many apartment complexes.
